$45M facelift for 90-year-old downtown Dallas building

The Davis Building, a 250,000-square-foot retail and residential tower at 1309 Main St., will undergo the refresh over the next 15 months, courtesy of Dallas-based MYCON Construction. The Dallas Morning News was the first to report the project.

Servant Energy are helping Mycon and the construction team with all power consulting and management for this downtown building during construction.

Parkland Hospital opening new clinic, office building at Dallas campus

Construction on a new 6-story clinic and office building is soon to get underway at Parkland Health & Hospital System’s Dallas campus, according to a report from the Dallas Morning News.

The addition will be built on part of a 2-block stretch currently used for parking between Maple Avenue and the DART line, and it will be home to the hospital’s new comprehensive breast care center.

Servant Energy – Guided McCarthy team on help to initiate contact with Oncor and get the ball rolling to get power for the project when mobilizing.

New Marriott Uptown Hotel to be located in the heart of Dallas

The Marriott Uptown project is located in the heart of Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood and will be a full service Marriott branded hotel.

The hotel will be a half block from the Katy Trail, which is Dallas’s most active biking and pedestrian trail. The site is within a short walk of over five million square feet of Dallas’s best office space and also over 60 restaurants and bars. Marriott will be exceptionally positioned to benefit from both business and leisure travelers.

Servant Energy provided upfront consultation on providing power with Oncor and also getting the TEMP Power setup for this project while in construction

New luxury hotel is under construction in the Harwood District

This small but prime piece of Uptown real estate is being eyed for new luxury hotel

Another luxury hotel is under construction in the Harwood District a block from 2025 Cedar Springs Road. Harwood International is developing a 20-story hotel across from the Rolex Building on Harwood Street.

Servant Energy are helping Harwood International get set-up with their TEMP power for Harwood Hotel, as well as working with Oncor to insure they are doing everything needed in order to get their power infrastructure set-up efficiently.
